Terms of Service

Welcome to Rezabo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our reservation and customer management platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Rezabo provides a web-based reservation management software and customer relationship management (CRM) database for restaurant and salon business operators. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
2. Free Trial and Invoicing Terms
- 1-Month Free Trial: We offer a 1-month free trial for new store locations. No billing information is required to start. You can request trial termination at any time during this period.
- Billing Methods: Following the trial, services are invoiced monthly or annually. Invoices are issued to your registered contact email or LINE.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice within the due date (usually within 14 days of invoice issuance). Any transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellation
- Monthly Plan: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
- Annual Plan: Invoiced once a year. No refunds or credits are issued if you cancel the subscription before the end of the annual term.
4. Account Management & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other merchants' data. Rezabo employs tenant isolation logic on the Cloudflare D1 database layer to safeguard your records.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezabo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, reservation overlap issues, or guest relationship incidents) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Rezaboのウェブサイトおよびサービス（以下「当サービス」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、当サービスが提供する予約管理プラットフォームの利用条件を定めるものです。当サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービスの提供
当サービスは、飲食店およびサロンの事業者向けに、ウェブベースの予約管理ソフトおよび顧客管理データベースを提供します。当サービスは、その時点での稼働状態にて提供されるものとします。
2. 無料トライアルと請求・お支払い
- 1ヶ月無料トライアル: 新規の店舗アカウントに対して、1ヶ月間の無料お試し期間を提供します。お試し期間中はいつでも解約の申し出をしていただけます。
- 請求方法: 無料トライアル終了後、本契約に移行した場合は、月額または年額プランに基づき請求書を発行します。請求書は登録されたメールアドレスまたはLINE宛に送付されます。
- お支払い方法: 請求書に記載された指定の銀行口座へ、期限（原則として発行から14日以内）までに振込にてお支払いください。なお、振込手数料はお客様の負担とさせていただきます。
3. 契約期間と解約について
- 月額プラン: いつでも解約を申し出ることができます。解約は現在の請求サイクルの終了時に有効となり、利用可能期間中の途中解約における日割りでの返金は行いません。
- 年額プラン: 1年分の料金を一括して請求します。契約期間の途中で解約された場合であっても、残り期間についての返金・減額等は行いません。
4. アカウント管理と禁止事項
お客様は、自己のログイン情報の管理に責任を負うものとします。他の契約店舗のデータへの不正アクセスを試みる行為、およびシステムの解析・複製行為を禁止します。当サービスはCloudflare D1データベース層で厳格なテナント隔離を適用し、安全なデータ分離を維持します。
5. 免責事項
当サービスは、法律の許す限りにおいて、当サービスの利用または利用不能から生じる間接的損害、付随的損害（売上の損失、予約の重複トラブル、および顧客対応上の紛争を含みますがこれらに限定されません）に関して一切の責任を負わないものとします。
